Agrarian Development Act (No. 46 of 2000) - Sect 44

General may examine accounts of Farmers'

44.
(1) The Commissioner-General or a representative authorised generally or specially in that behalf shall be entitled to examine the accounts of every Farmers' Organisation.
(2) The Funds of a Farmers' Organisation shall be deposited in an account in a prescribed Bank.
(3) Regulations may he made in respect of the manner in which accounts of a Farmers' Organisation shall be maintained and the persons responsible for maintaining such accounts.
