| (1) Commissioner-General may, by notice in writing, require the owner-cultivator or the occupier of any agricultural land or any other person having a connection with such land to furnish in him on or before a date specified in such notice. information regarding the extent of agricultural land held by him. the nature of the cultivation done by him in that agricultural land and other relevant information mentioned in such notice. |

| (2) Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Act. |
