| 14. All ancillary rights and obligations reasonably necessary to make servitudes effective shall attach to servitudes conferred by this Law, including the right of an owner of a dominant tenement, with the permission of the Board, to enter a servient tenement and replace, renew or restore anything which the dominant tenement is entitled to benefit from. |
