Agrarian Research And Training Institute Act (No. 5 of 1972) - Sect 35

Penalty for offences

35. Every person who commits an offence under this Act shall on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate be liable to imprisonment of either description for a period not exceeding six months or to a fine not less than five hundred rupees or to both such fine and imprisonment.
