No suit or prosecution shall He against any member of the Monetary Board or any officer or servant of the Central Bank for any act which in good faith is done or purported to be done by the Monetary Board or by any officer or servant of the Central Bank under this Act; or against any director, officer or employee of any licensed commercial bank for any act which in good faith is done or purported to be done by him under this Act or on the direction of the Monetary Board. |
