Banking (Amendment) Act (No. 33 of 1995) - Sect 37

Insertion of new section 82A in the principal enactment

37. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 82, and shall have effect section 82A of the principal enactment:-
82A. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the provisions of any other written law, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.".
