Section 20 of the Butchers Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment"), is hereby amended, by the substitution, for the words "not exceeding fifty rupees, and in default of payment to imprisonment, either rigorous or simple, for a term not exceeding three calendar months ", of the following;" "not exceeding two hundred rupees or to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding six months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.". |
