Section 24 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " not exceeding one hundred rupees, or to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding six months", of the following:" "not exceeding three hundred rupees or to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding two years, or to both such fine and imprisonment.". |
