Bureau Of Ceylon Standards Act (No. 38 of 1964) - Sect 28

Appointment of inspectors

28.
(1) The Council may appoint any member of the staff of the Bureau who, in the opinion of the Bureau, is suitably qualified as an inspector for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Every inspector shall be provided with a certificate by the Council to the effect that he has been appointed as an inspector for the purposes of this Act.
