It shall be the duty of the Secretary to keep accurate and systematic minutes of General Meetings and of the meetings of the Council of Management. In the minutes of the General Meeting he shall record all appointments made to the Council of Management, the names of the members of the College present at the meeting and all resolutions passed or decisions made at such meeting and in the minutes of a meeting of the Council of Management he shall record all appointments made at the meeting, the names of the members present and all resolutions passed or decisions made at such meeting. |
