Coast Conservation (Amendment) Act (No. 64 of 1988) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 10 of the principal enactment

3. Section 10 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (1) thereof, and, the substitution therefor, of the following subsection :
" (1) A meeting of the Council shall be held at least once in every six months.".
