4. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 27 of the principal enactment, and shall have effect as section 27A of that enactment:

| | (1) Where any vehicle, vessel, boat, craft, machinery or equipment is used by any person in contravention of the provision of subsection (1) of section 14, any police:-' officer shall have the power to seize any such vehicle, vessel, boat, craft, machinery or other equipment, along with any article or substance found thereon | | |
