Central Cultural Fund Act (No. 57 of 1980) - Sect 2

Establishment of the Central Fund

2.
(1) There shall be established a Fund to be called "the central cultural fund(hereinafter referred to do the Fund").
(2) The Fund shall by the name assigned to it by sub section 10 be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
(3) The Government may donate to the Fund from time to time grants for the purpose of carrying out the aims and . objects of the Fund.
