(1) The administration, management and control of the Fund shall be vested in a Board, of Governors, constituted as hereinafter provided. |

(2) The Board of Governors of the Fund (hereinafter referred to as the " Board") shall consist of -
| | (a) the Prime Minister who shall be the Chairman of the Board : | | |
| | (b) the Minister in charge of the subject of Cultural Affairs: | | |
| | (c) the Minister in charge the subject of Finance : the Minister in charge of the subject of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization; | | |
| | (e) the Minister in charge of the subject of Tourism; | | |
| | (f) Minister in charge of the subject of Hindu Affairs ; the | | |
| | (h) the Secretary to the Prime Minister; | | |
| | (i) the Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Cultural Affairs ; | | |
| | (j) the Commissioner of Archaeology; and | | |
| | (k) two other persons appointed by the Prime Minister, each of whom shall, subject to provisions of subsections (3) and (4), hold office for such period issued to him by the Prime Minister, | | |

(3) The Prime Minister may revoke the appointment of any member appointed by him under paragraph (k) of sub |
|
(4) Any member of the Board appointed under paragraph (k) of subsection (2) may at any time resign front the Board by a letter in that behalf addressed to the Prime Minister, |

(5) The Chairman or in the absence of the Chairman from any meeting, any member elected from among members present, shall preside at such meeting, members |
|
(6)The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be four members. |

(7) Subject to the provisions of subsection (6), the Board may regulate the procedure in regard to its meetings and the transaction of business at such meetings, |
|
(8) No act or proceeding of the Board shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of the existence of a vacancy among its members or any defect in the appointment of a member thereof. |
