Boards which are subject to direction and control the Authority

59. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other Act, the Boards referred to in paragraphs (a), (b) and. (c) of sub-section (1) of section 58 shall, in the exercise, discharge and performance of their powers and. functions, be subject to direction and control by the. Authority.
