| (1) Every summons to a juror shall be served on such person at least ten days before the day on which his attendance is required, and may be served by the Fiscal or by registered post or in such other manner as the Judge may direct. |

| (2) The summons may state that such juror need not attend on a particular day, but that he must hold himself in readiness to attend on any day of which he may receive special notice. |
