Code Of Criminal Procedure Act (No. 15 of 1979) - Sect 251

Juror not bound to serve more than a fortnight

251. A juror shall not be compellable to serve more than a fortnight unless at the expiration of the fortnight a trial in which he is engaged as a juror is pending and then only until the end of such trial.
