Code Of Intellectual Property (Amendment) Act (No. 13 of 1997) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 3 of the principal enactment

4 Section 3 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (3) of that section and the substitution of the following subsection therefor :-
"(3) There shall be appointed such other officers and servants as may be necessary for the administration of the code.".
