Code Of Intellectual Property (Amendment) Act (No. 13 of 1997) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 3 of the principal enactment

5 Section 4 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words "registration of industrial designs patents , and marks" of the words "registration and administration of industrial designs, patents marks and any other matter as provided by the Code"; and
(2) in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, for the words "registration of industrial designs patents , and marks in Sri Lanka" of the words "registration of industrial designs, patents and marks in Sri Lanka and in respect of any other matter as provided by the Code";
