Ecc1esiastical subordination to the parent Church

6. The Corporation shall be ecclesiastically subordinated to the parent church, but shall have the absolute freedom to act independently and do any and all acts or things not contrary to or inconsistent with the declared principles and policies of the said parent Church, necessary for the attainment of the objects of the Corporation.
