Board of Directors of the Corporation

7.
(1) The affairs of the Corporation shall be administered by a Board of Directors (hereinafter referred to as 'the Board') consisting of not less than five and not more than twelve members, elected in accordance with the rules of the Corporation.
(2) The members of the First Board of Directors shall be the members of the Board of Directors of the Church holding office at the time of coming into operation of this Act and whose names are specified in the First Schedule hereto.
