Criminal Procedure (Amendment)(Special provisions) Act (No. 51 of 1982) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 8 of Law No. 15 of 1978

2. Section 8 of the Criminal Procedure (Special Provisions) Law, No. 15 of 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") as last amended by Act No. 54 of 1980, is hereby further amended by the substitution for the words and figures " thirty-first day of December, 1982 ", of the words and figures " thirty-first day of December, 1984".
