Criminal Procedure (Amendment)(Special provisions) Act (No. 51 of 1982) - Sect 3

Amendment of first schedule to the principal enactment

3. The First Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition immediately after item 20 the thereof, of the following new items :
21.Illicit felling of timber and illicit gemming in reserved forests as declared by section 3 of the Forest Ordinance.
22. Commission of offences by the unlawful cultivation, possession, sale, export of poisons, opium and dangerous drugs.".
