Meetings of the Committee

9.
(1) Meetings for the transaction of the business of the Committee shall be held at least once in every month, and the Secretary on the requisition of three members of the Committee shall call a meeting of the Committee at any time for the transaction of such business as may be mentioned in the requisition.
(2) It shall be lawful for the President to convene a special meeting of the Committee whenever he shall consider it desirable.
(3) Any member of the Committee who does not attend three consecutive meetings thereof shall cease to be a member thereof.
