Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act (No. 11 of 1992) - Sect 11

Amendment of section 12 of the principal enactment

11. Section 12 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) thereof by the substitution for the words " admit an individual as an associate member.' of the words admit "admit as any associate member any individual who enters into a contract for the transaction of business with the by-laws of the society.".
