Replacement of the Chapter III of the principal enactment

12. The following new heading is hereby substituted for the heading " duties of registered societies " heading to appearing in Chapter III, of the principal enactment: " " RIGHTS, OBLIGATION AND PRIVILEGES OF REGISTERED SOCIETIES".
