Debt Recovery (Special Provinces) Act (No. 2 of 1990) - Sect 7

Procedure where leave to appear and defend is guarented

7. If the defendant appears and leave to appear and show cause is given the provisions of sections 384, 385, 336, 387, 388, 390 and 391 of the Civil Procedure Code (Chapter 101) shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the trial of the action.
