| 8. In any proceeding under this Act the court may order the instrument, agreement or other documents which are produced to the court with the plaint or on. which the action is founded to be forthwith deposited with an officer of the court, and may further order that all proceedings shall ho stayed until the institution gives security for the costs thereof. |
