37. The Council shall be entitled to receive information from the employer and advice from any person employed in the specified undertaking, on the following matters relating to such undertaking:-
(a) methods of manufacture and work of a general nature; |

(b) the statement of financial accounts of the under-taking ; and |
|
(c) other matters in respect of which the Council is entitled to the right of consultation under the provisions of this Act: Provided that the Council shall not be entitled to any information and advice the furnishing of which is prejudicial to the business or other interests of the undertaking. |
