Employees' Councils Act (No. 32 of 1979) - Sect 8

Com missioner to appoint Electoral Board

8. The Commissioner shall appoint an Electoral Board not less than six weeks before the expiry of the term of office of such Council and such Electoral Board shall consist of five eligible employees of whom one shall be appoint ed to be the Chairman of such Electoral Board.
