Employees' Councils Act (No. 32 of 1979) - Sect 9

Eligibility of employees to be elected and to vote at elections of the Council

9. Every eligible employee in any specified undertaking shall be entitled to be elected to and to vote at elections for membership of the Council established in such under taking.
