At the request of the Committee, the services of any officer or servant of the Ceylon Electricity Board or the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, as the case may be, may, with the consent of such officer or servant, be made available to the Committee, for such period as may be determined by the Committee, on such terms and conditions, including those relating to pension or provident fund rights, as may be agreed upon by the Committee and such officer or servant. |
