13. Section 101 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -
| (1) in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, in paragraph (a) of that subsection, for the words " a factory, and every ", of the following : - |

| (2) by the insertion, immediately after subsection (2) of that section, of the following subsection : -
| | " (2A) A person who has served a notice under section 2, his agents and servants, shall furnish the means required by any officer referred to in subsection (1) as necessary for entering, inspecting or examining the premises stated in that notice to be intended to be used as a factory.". | | |
