Amendment of section 127 of the principal enactment

14. Section 127 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (1) of that section, as follows:-

(1) by the insertion, immediately after the definition of " class or description ", of the following new definition: -

(2) by the insertion, immediately after the definition of "maintained", of the following new definition: -

(3) by the insertion, immediately after the definition of " transmission machinery ", of the following new definition:-
