| 17. Every person who shall act in contravention of the provisions of section 14 or of any regulation made thereunder, and every person who commits a breach of any of the regulations made under section 15, shall be guilty of an offence punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred rupees or by imprisonment which may extend to six months. |
