Forests Law (No. 13 of 1966) - Sect 18

Reserved trees

18.
(1) All trees of the several species specified in Schedule II standing in any forest shall be deemed to be reserved trees.
(2) The Minister1 may by notification in the Gazette add any species to or delete any species from the said Schedule.
