| (1) The Government Agent of the administrative district in which the forest so reserved is situate shall, before the date fixed by such Order 1, cause a translation thereof in the language of the district to be published in the manner following, that is to say :- |

| (2) The Minister1 may, by Order1 published in the Gazette, direct that from a date fixed by such Order l any reserved forest or any portion thereof shall cease to be reserved. From the date so fixed such forest or portion of forest shall cease to be reserved. |
