| 43. Any person claiming to be interested in property seized under section 37 may, within thirty days from the date of any order passed under section 40 or 41, present an appeal therefrom to the Supreme Court, and such court shall deal with the case in the same way as if it were an appeal from a Magistrate's Court in its ordinary jurisdiction. |
