Amendment of section 23 of the principal enactment

6. Section 23 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-

(a) by the renumbering of that section as subsection (1) of that section; and

(b) by the addition, at the end of that section, of the following new subsection: -

	" (2) In any prosecution for a contravention of any of the provisions of section 14 in respect of any fish, it shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved, that such fish was taken in Ceylon waters.".
