| 11. (1) Subject to the provisions of subsection (2), a lessee has a right to the undisturbed and peaceful possession of the equipment provided to the lessee under a finance lease, and it shall be the duly of a lessor to ensure the protection of such right. (2) The provisions of subsection (1) shall not apply where a lessee has. by reason of any act or omission of the lessee, ceased to be entitled to the right to undisturbed and peaceful possession of the equipment. |
