| 12. It shall be the duty of a lessee to (a) take proper care of the equipment provided under the finance lease ; (b) use it for the purpose for which it is provided ; and (c) subject to fair wear and tear and to any modifications agreed to by the parties to the finance lease, keep it in the condition in which it was delivered to the lessee. |
