| 14. The Honorary Secretary shall, upon the request of the Committee of Management or upon the written requisition of fifteen or more members of the Corporation, indicating the nature of the business to be transacted, call a Special General Meeting of the Corporation by giving seven clear days' notice thereof to the members, specifying the time and place of such meeting and the purpose for which it is to be held. |
