15.
(1) If at any time it appears to the members that the affairs of the Corporation are mismanaged by a member or members of the Committee of Management, it shall be lawful for the members at a meeting convened under section 14, at which not less than one-third of the total membership of the Corporation on that date are present and by a majority of votes to pass a resolution expressing lack of confidence in any member or members of such Committee. |

(2) Where a resolution expressing lack of confidence in any member of such Committee is passed, such member shall forthwith cease to be a member of such Committee. |
