Who shall preside at, and quorum for, meetings of the Committee of Management

9.
(1) The President of the Corporation or in his absence, the Vice-President or in the absence of both the President and the Vice-President, a member of the Committee of Management elected for the purpose by the members present at such meeting of the Committee shall preside.
(2) The quorum for a meeting of the Committee of Management shall be three members of such Committee.
