Section 9 of the principal enactment, as amended by Act No. 3 of 1971, is hereby further amended, by the substitution, for the definition of "competent authority ", of the following new definition: -"competent authority " means the Secretary to the Ministry in charge of the subject of public administration or any state officer authorized by such Secretary to be a competent authority for the purposes of this Act;'. |
