Homoeopathy Act (No. 7 of 1970) - Sect 42

Exemption of registered homoeopathic practitioners from certain duties

42. Every registered homoeopathic practitioner shall be exempt, if he so desires, from serving as an inquirer at any inquest of death, or as a juror or assessor, under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code. The preceding provisions of this section shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary in that Code.
