Homoeopathy Act (No. 7 of 1970) - Sect 43

Conferring, granting or issuing of diplomas, &c, by authorized persons

43.
(1) It shall be an offence for any body other than the Council to confer a degree, diploma, or a licentiate qualification pertaining to homoeopathy.
(2) No registered homoeopathic practitioner shall use any degree, diploma, licence or certificate relating to homoeopathy, unless such degree, diploma, licence or certificate is recognized by the Council:
(3) Whoever contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) or sub-section (2) shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
