Section -

The regulations made under sections 4 (3), 14 and 20 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No. 1 of 1969 (hereinafter referred to as the " Act ") and published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 14,876/1 of October 19, 1969.2.
