| 2. The regulations specified in the First Schedule to this Act which were made by the Minister of State under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No. 1 of 1969, and the regulations specified in the Second Schedule to this Act which were made by the Minister of Commerce and Trade under the aforesaid Act shall be deemed to be and to have always been valid and effectual, notwithstanding that the requirements of section 20 of the aforesaid Act relating to the approval by the Senate and the House of Representatives had not been complied with in the case of those regulations. |
