Section 20c of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution in paragraph (b) of that subsection, for the words " goods to any enterprise with which an agreement has been entered into ", of the words " goods to any enterprise, which is engaged in the export of goods or commodities, and with which an agreement has been entered into ". |
